Individual Counselling
Counselling is, ideally, a safe, holding environment that gives you the much needed time, space and caring attentiveness of another to explore any issues that are important to you.
I like to develop a sense of trust and respect with my clients during our first few sessions together and also form a close therapeutic relationship based on a mutual understanding of what you would like to get out of your sessions.
Your sessions will always be driven by you and your agenda. I am simply there as a fellow traveller on the path to help and provide guidance where I can.
